LACMA , SBMA & MCA Museum Visits for Art 1A Spring 2016

Chris Burden. Urban Light (2008)

Next weekend is our trip to LACMA, and our meeting time will be 10:30AM at the Wilshire Blvd. entrance next to the ticket office and Chris Burden's Urban Light sculpture (shown above).

Those among you riding in the UCSB vans, will be given the meeting place on campus this week in section. Be sure to give your Liability Waiver Form to your TA, or they cannot legally take you. If you are driving yourself– be sure that your TA has your Liability Waiver form, or I cannot give you a free admission ticket.

I strongly encourage you to eat something before you get to LA, and bring some snacks, because we won't take a break for lunch until a bit later in the day. If you do not want to buy lunch in LA, then you will want to bring something with you.
